Getting to the venue - Hotel Atria:
Hotel Atria is located opposite Maharani’s Women’s College on Palace Road. It is about 35 kilometers from the Airport and 3 kilometers from the City or Cantonment Railway Stations. You should be able to get prepaid auto rickshaws from the Railway Stations and taxis from both the Station and Airport. Our volunteers and/or representatives from Exotic Tours, our travel agents will be present at the airport arrival area from 10pm on the 25th night to 8am on the 27th morning. You will be able to identify them as they will display ISSH-BSSH placards/ badges. The Superintendent of Police in charge of airport security, Mr Subramanyam, has kindly offered to be of assistance in case of any exigency. His office is located on the first floor just beyond the immigration desks, close to the escalator leading down to the customs bay.
